Congress of the Philippines, busy to investigate many anomalies from the past administration. They never notice that the country, needs progress, needs development and so on.
I think the President Aquino, administration do nothing about progress of the country. He is busy dating women's but not looking for the progress reports of his government, if their agency has do something to improve the way of life of every Filipino's.
I suppose that is the downside to spending too much time trying to investigate things from past administrations. The tendency is to neglect other things which are also important to the growth and development of the country and its people...
